Door hit a wheelie bin and now it’s stuck?
On some types of door, hitting an obstruction while opening or closing (a wheelie bin, for example) can tangle the side tension cables, leaving the door stuck so it won’t move up or down. It’s a common problem and one Steve can fix, sometimes with no new parts at all. If the cables are damaged, he replaces both, as they should always be changed as a pair. Then he services the door, so it’s working properly again.
